Liz Delmart is a design studio based in Aguascalientes, Mexico, that specializes in graphic and brand design. Liz Delgado, the founder and creative director of Liz Delmart, has been passionate about design since she was a child. She studied graphic design at the Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes and started her own studio in 2019. Lizdelmart offers services such as logo design, branding, social media, web design, illustration, and more. Lizdelmart has worked with clients from different industries, such as clothing stores, natural cosmetics, skin care clinics, and more. Some of the projects of Lizdelmart are:

• Xilim Ma: A logo and branding design for a natural cosmetics company that uses organic ingredients and promotes sustainability.

How I Designed and Developed a Responsive and Secure Website for Liz Delmart

Liz Delgado, the founder and creative director, wanted to have a website that could showcase her services and portfolio, and help her reach more customers online.

That’s where I came in. I worked with Liz to create a website that met her needs and expectations. The website that I built had the following features:

• Responsive design: The website was optimized for different devices and screen sizes, such as desktops, laptops, tablets and smartphones
• User-friendly interface: The website was designed to be simple, clear, and attractive, so that the visitors could find what they were looking for quickly and easily. The website had a navigation menu that allowed access to different sections, such as services, portfolio, news, contact, etc. The website also had a footer that contained useful links and information, such as social media icons, terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.
• Search engine optimization: The website was optimized for search engines, using keywords, meta tags, links, etc., that improved the visibility and ranking of the website on the web.
• E-commerce functionality: The website had an online store that allowed Liz to sell her products and services online, using WooCommerce, a plugin that integrated with WordPress.
• Rewards system: The website had a rewards system that rewarded the customers for their loyalty and engagement. The customers could earn points for actions such as signing up, making purchases, referring friends, etc. The customers could then redeem their points for discounts, freebies, etc.
• WhatsApp connection: The website had a WhatsApp button that allowed the visitors to contact Liz directly through WhatsApp, a popular messaging app. This way, Liz could provide fast and personalized communication with her customers and potential customers.
• Branding colors: The website used the branding colors of Lizdelmart, which were mainly pink tones. These colors reflected the personality and style of Lizdelmart as a design studio.

The website that I designed and developed for Lizdelmart was a responsive and secure website that showcased her services and portfolio, and helped her reach more customers online. The site also had features that enhanced the user experience and increased the conversion rate.

Teaching Website Skills to Liz Delgado

I also provided some training for Liz on how to use and maintain the website. I taught her how to:

• Log in and out of the website administration panel using their username and password.
• Add, edit and delete pages, posts, images, videos, etc., using the WordPress dashboard and editor.
• Change the appearance and settings of the website using the WordPress customizer and plugins.
• Monitor and analyze the website traffic and performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix common issues and errors using online resources and support forums.
