A rewarding experience: Objectives and achievements

As a team member of Füssen, a company that specializes in dairy equipment and solutions, I had the opportunity to attend an event in France in 2023. The event was organized by SERAP, the world leader in milk cooling products, and it brought together distributors of SERAP from different countries. The event took place in Laval, a city in the west of France that is known for its dairy industry and heritage.

The main objectives of my participation were to:

• Learn more about SERAP, its products, and its vision for the future of the dairy sector.
• Meet the team of SERAP and network with other participants from various regions and backgrounds.
• Learn about the trends in the dairy sector and how to meet the needs of our customers.
• Represent Füssen in a professional manner and showcase our company and our products.
• Create a long-term partnership with SERAP and other distributors that would benefit both parties.
• Make a publication and video statement of the visit to share with our stakeholders and customers.
